The use of the Website attributes the status of Website User (hereafter, “the User”) and implies acceptance of all the terms included in these General Conditions. The User must read these General Conditions carefully every time they access the Website as the Website and these General Conditions may undergo modifications. The owner of the Website reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without the need for prior notice, any modification or update of its conditions and services; of these General Conditions; and, in general, of such elements as comprise the design and layout of the Website.

2. Conditions of Use
2.1. Access to the Website
Access to the Website is free, except with regard to the cost of the connection via the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the User.
2.1. Need for registration
Generally speaking, for access to the services and contents of the Website, registration by the User will not be necessary. All the data entered by the User must be exact, current and true at all times.
2.3. Rules on the use of the Website
The User undertakes to use the Website and all of its content and services in accordance with the provisions of the law, morality, public order and these General Conditions. They similarly undertake to make adequate use of the services and/or contents of the Website and not to use them to carry out illegal activities or activities that constitute an offence, that contravene the rights of third parties and/or that breach the regulations on intellectual and industrial property, or any other rules of the applicable legal system. The User undertakes, including but by no means limited to or exclusively, the following:
I.- Not to introduce or disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic or pornographic nature or that support terrorism or that contravene human rights.
II.- Not to introduce or disseminate on the internet data programs (viruses and harmful software) liable to cause damage to the computer systems of the access provider, its providers or third party Users of the internet.
III.- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that contravenes the fundamental rights and public freedoms recognised constitutionally and in international treaties.
IV.- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes illegal or unfair advertising.
V.- Not to transmit unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, advertising material, “spam”, “chain letters”, “pyramid structures”, or any other form of solicitation, except in those areas (such as commercial spaces) that have been exclusively designed for this.
VI.- Not to introduce or disseminate any false, ambiguous or inexact information and content such that it might lead to error by the recipients of the information.
VII.- Not to impersonate other Users by using their registration codes to the various services and/or contents on the Website.
VIII.- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that entails a breach of the intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyright that lie with the owners of the Website or third parties.
IX.- Not to disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that entails a breach of the secrecy of communications and data protection legislation. The User undertakes to keep EVOLUCIONA harmless against any possible claim, fine, penalty or sanction that it may be obliged to bear as a consequence of the User failing to comply with the rules of use stated above; EVOLUCIONA also reserves the right to request the compensation for damages that corresponds to it.
2.4. Exclusion of Liability
Access by the User to the Website does not entail for EVOLUCIONA the obligation of controlling the absence of viruses, worms or any other harmful computer element. In any event, the User is responsible for the availability of adequate tools for the detection and disinfection of harmful computer programs. EVOLUCIONA does not accept liability for damage caused to the software and computer equipment of the Users or of third parties during the use of the services offered on the Website. EVOLUCIONA does not accept liability for the damages of any type caused to the User resulting from faults or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the service of the Website during or prior to the provision of same.
2.5. Contents and services linked via the Website
The service of access to the Website includes technical link devices, directories and even search instruments that enable the User to access other internet pages and portals (hereafter, “Linked Sites”). In these cases, EVOLUCIONA will only be liable for the contents and services supplied on the Linked Sites insofar as it has effective knowledge of the illegality and has not disabled the link with due diligence. In the event that the User considers that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate contents, it may inform EVOLUCIONA of this, without this communication, under any circumstance, entailing the obligation of removing the link in question. Under no circumstance should the existence of Linked Sites suppose the formalisation of agreements with the managers or owners of them, or the recommendation, promotion or identification of EVOLUCIONA with the statements, contents or services provided. EVOLUCIONA does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and, therefore, does not accept liability for any damages caused by the illegality, quality, lack of update, unavailability, error or uselessness of the contents and/or services of the Linked Sites, or for any other damage that is not directly attributable to EVOLUCIONA.
2.6. Intellectual and industrial property
All of the contents of the Website, with these being understood to be including but not limited to the texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound contents, and their graphic design and source codes, are the intellectual property of EVOLUCIONA or of third parties, and it may not be understood that any of the rights of exploitation recognised by current regulations in terms of the intellectual property of them is assigned to the User. The trademarks, commercial names or distinctive signs are the property of EVOLUCIONA or of third parties, and it may not be understood that access to the Website attributes any right to them.
3. Nullity and inefficiency of the clauses
Should any clause included in these General Conditions be declared totally or partially null and void or inefficient, such nullity or inefficiency will only affect said provision or the part of it that is null and void or inefficient, with these General Conditions continuing to be in effect in all else and with such provision being considered to be totally or partially not included.
4. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction
These General Conditions will be governed and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. EVOLUCIONA and the User agree to submit any dispute that may arise due to the access to and/or use of the Website to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, expressly renouncing any other code of law that may correspond to them should it be different.

Legality and conservation:
• The basis for the processing of the data is the consent given by the User by marking the corresponding acceptance box.
▪ Data for the purposes of answering queries will be kept until their removal is requested.
▪ Data for the purposes of staff selection will be kept for a maximum of 2 years.
Recipients of personal data
Your personal data may be passed on to Public Administrations, Authorities and Agencies, including Courts and Tribunals, when the applicable regulations so require. The service providers that the Unísono Group companies hire or may hire and that have the status of data processor may also have access to your personal data.
